"Club 8" Hospitality at #8 Green

Package includes:

  • One reserved table with company’s name on table, located inside a shared, open-air, covered structure, with views of #8 green and #2 tee box; shared tip-up seat section for optimal viewing; and (NEW this year!) lounge area for relaxing and mingling
  • 10 tournament/Club 8 admission tickets per day (40 total) printed with company’s name
  • 2 staff badges for company representatives/hosts
  • Food & beverage consisting of a lunch buffet with complete bar service
  • 10 on-site parking passes
  • Access to private, upscale restrooms
  • Complete furnishings, flooring, tables and chairs, electrical service, daily cleaning service, security, communication lines, live scoring access, television
  • Corporate recognition at Club 8 entrance sign, on table within Club 8, on Master Sponsor Board located on Bay Hill Blvd., and in tournament program sponsor listing
  • Access to daily pairing sheets and official tournament programs

Skybox at #17 & #18

Package includes:

  • A 20-seat, elevated, corporate hospitality skybox located at the 17th or 18th green
  • 30 tournament/skybox admission tickets per day (120 total) printed with the company's name.  Please note that only 20 guests are permitted in the skybox at any one time – standing is not permitted
  • 2 staff badges for company representatives
  • Food:
    Skybox #17 - 20 food vouchers each day (value $10/voucher - redeemable at the concession stand at the respective green)
    Skybox #18 - Light lunch/food included within the venu so guests never have to leave the skybox (NEW in 2012)
  • Complete bar service in the skybox
  • 10 on-site parking passes
  • Television with live broadcast
  • Company name in tournament program and on master sponsor board on-site
  • Tournament programs and daily pairing sheets delivered daily
  • The skybox will be open Thursday, March 24 through Sunday, March 27, 2011 during the hours of 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., or the end of competition.

Bay Hill Chalet at #9 or #17 

Package includes:

  • Tournament/chalet admission tickets printed with company’s name (ticket includes on-site tournament access and hospitality access for the day)
  • 50 tickets/day for BH Chalet, 80 tickets/day for BH Chalet Deluxe, Thursday-Sunday
    Opportunity to purchase up to 15 additional tickets per day @ $250/ticket
  • 2 staff badges for company representatives/hosts
  • Food buffet with complete bar service (special menus available for additional cost)
  • On-site parking passes: 25 passes/day for BH Chalet, 40 passes/day for BH Chalet Deluxe, Thursday-Sunday
  • Temperature-controlled, private interior and patio with seating
  • Private, upscale restrooms
  • Complete furnishings, flooring, tables and chairs, electrical service, daily cleaning service, security, communication lines, live scoring access, television for viewing live telecast, daily pairing sheets and official tournament programs delivery
  • Corporate signage and tournament program listing
  • The chalet will be open Thursday through Sunday during the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., or the end of competition. If changes occur, the tournament will notify the client.

Bay Hill Chalet Deluxe #9 (80 ppl) Sponsorship Fee - $80,000



Expo Tent/Display Booth

Package includes:

  • Location at high tournament traffic area
    Display/distribution available Wed-Sunday of tournament week
  • Flooring
  • Skirted table and two chairs
  • Staff badges (2) and on-site parking (1) - Provides access throughout tournament week
  • Corporate signage - Company name on expo tent exterior and on Master Sponsor Board
  • Power, storage, and AV/Internet access available upon request
  • Opportunity to customize interior to promote your company products or special offers

Expo Tent Sponsorship Fee:
10 X 10  -  $7,500
10 X 20 - $15,000

20 X 20 or larger = only available as part of larger tournament sponsorship, including hospitality
