ANY ONE DAY TICKETS:

• Bring your ticket voucher to Universal Studios and exchange at Ticket Booth for your one day ticket BEFORE getting onto the shuttle bus to come to the tournament.
• IF YOU ALSO PURCHASED A PARKING PASS – Bring your Any One Day voucher to Will Call to pick up your parking pass and one day ticket.
• IF YOU ARE ATTENDING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS A PARKING PASS – Once you have parked go to the Ticket Trailer at Lot #10 entrance and exchange your voucher for the one day ticket.

GROUNDS BADGES:

• Bring your Grounds Badge voucher to Universal Studios and exchange at Ticket Booth for your Grounds Badge BEFORE getting onto the shuttle bus to come to the tournament.
• IF YOU ALSO PURCHASED A PARKING PASS – Bring your Grounds Badge voucher to Will Call to pick up your parking pass and badge.
• IF YOU ARE ATTENDING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS A PARKING PASS – Once you have parked go to the Ticket Trailer at Lot #10 entrance and exchange your voucher for the Grounds Badge.

YOUTH TICKETS:

• Bring your ticket voucher to Universal Studios and exchange at Ticket Booth for the YOUTH ticket BEFORE getting onto the shuttle bus to come to the tournament.
• IF YOU ALSO PURCHASED A PARKING PASS – Bring your YOUTH Ticket voucher to Will Call to pick up your parking pass and one day ticket.
• IF YOU ARE ATTENDING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS A PARKING PASS – Once you have parked go to the Ticket Trailer at Lot #10 entrance and exchange your voucher for the YOUTH ticket.

PALMER PAVILION BADGE:

• THESE BADGES CAN BE PICKED UP AT EITHER UNIVERSAL TICKET BOOTH, OR WILL CALL . THEY ALLOW PARKING ON-SITE IF THERE IS SPACE AVAILABLE. OPTIONS TO PICK UP THE BADGE ARE LISTED BELOW. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE BADGE TO GET THROUGH THE GATES TO GET TO LOT #10.
• WILL CALL – Bring your voucher to Will Call to pick up your PALMER PAVILION BADGE.
• Bring your voucher to Universal Studios and exchange at Ticket Booth for the PALMER PAVILION BADGE BEFORE getting onto the shuttle bus to come to the tournament.
• IF YOU ARE ATTENDING WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS A PARKING PASS. Once you have parked go to the Ticket Trailer at Lot #10 entrance and exchange your voucher for the PALMER PAVILION BADGE.

BAY HILL BADGE:

• THESE BADGES, ALONG WITH THE PARKING PASS ARE TO BE PICKED UP AT WILL CALL. Bring your voucher to the Will Call trailer and exchange for your Bay Hill Badge and parking pass.

WINE & DINE TICKETS:

• Wine & Dine tickets that were not received in the mail can be picked up, along with the Friday Parking pass at Will Call only.

• Spectators without tickets may purchase Any One Day tickets, Wine & Dine, Youth Tickets, Grounds, or Palmer Pavilion Badges at the Ticket Booth at General Parking at Universal Studios BEFORE getting on shuttle bus to come to the tournament.
• Bay Hill Badges and Parking Passes (if available) will only be available for purchase on-line OR at the Lot #10 Ticket Trailer. You must have a parking pass in order to get into the gates and Lot #10.
• On-line purchases of Bay Hill badges will be available at Will Call the morning following purchase.
• Any One Day, Youth, Grounds, Wine & Dine and Palmer Pavilion Badges will also be available for purchase (unless sold out) at the On-site Ticket Booth on-site at Lot #10.
• ALL TICKET SALES DURING TOURNAMENT WEEK AT BOTH UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND LOT #10 WILL BE CREDIT CARD PURCHASES ONLY, NO CASH SALES.

PARKING MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY:

• ALL parking will be ON-SITE at the Bay Hill Charger Course (Lot # 10) subject to availability.
• Enter through Gate C.

THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY:

ON-SITE PARKING

• Bay Hill badge holders & Charger Parking Pass holders ONLY
• Palmer Pavilion badge holders – Park on-site if Space Available
• Lot # 10 (subject to availability)

GENERAL PARKING

• NEW THIS YEAR – GENERAL PARKING AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS will be on a pay per car basis. GENERAL PARKING may be purchased in advance at WWW.ARNOLDPALMERINVITATIONAL.COM for $5 per day. Price at the Gate during Tournament Week is $10 per car, per day.
• SHUTTLE BUS to tournament entrance is available at our GENERAL PARKING AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS. Follow the signs and you will be directed to a specially designated area of Universal Studios parking lot.
• Any badge or ticket holder may use General Parking and Shuttle Bus parking THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY.

DISABLED PARKING

• MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY: Handicap parking requires a Florida State issued handicapped permit to gain entrance through Gate A to a special parking area.
• THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY : Handicap parking and shuttles are available at General Parking at Universal Studios. Shuttles can manage/transport wheelchairs.
